Automated Collection System (ACS)

ACS contacts taxpayers via telephone regarding delinquent tax balances and tax returns. Their enforced collection authority is limited to levying bank accounts, wages and accounts receivable. Cases which could not be resolved by ACS are sent to Revenue Officers.
